Grand Meadows is seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team!
What Will You Do in This Role?
The Business Office Manager plays a crucial role in the financial management and operational efficiency of Grand Meadows. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial administration, billing, accounts receivable, payroll, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Business Office Manager reports directly to the Administrator and collaborates closely with department heads to ensure the smooth financial operations of the facility.
Do You Have What It Takes?

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, billing, or healthcare administration, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer regulations and reimbursement processes.
- Experience with billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of supervising and developing a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
