BOM/HR (Business Office Manager and Human Resources)
Hudson Elms is a 50 bed skilled nursing, and 25 bed assisted living community looking for a Business Office & Human Resource Manager to join our team.
*Experience Preferred in a Skilled Nursing setting*
Job Responsibilities for BOM
- Verify midnight census testing for accuracy on a daily basis
Complete insurance forms
Participate in Utilization Review (UR)
Discuss financial obligations with residents/families upon admission and discharge
Complete and coordinate tasks necessary for timely and accurate billing and collection.
Job Responsibilities for HR
- Conduct Orientation for new staff
Complete payroll on a biweekly basis
Monitor Time Cards daily
Focus on recruitment
Monitor employee benefits
Understand policies and procedures
Remain in compliance with confidentiality
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prefer 1-2 years in business office/HR of a Long Term Care Facility
- Prefer a college degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or HR
- Thorough understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance, accounts receivable/collections, resident funds, and accounts payable
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to adhere to facilities policies and procedures
