Business Process Analyst, ISO Auditor - ASRC Federal Holding Company

About the Job
ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences is seeking a Business Process Analyst/ISO Auditor to join our team supporting the US Coast Guard's Aviation Logistics Center and their mission which includes Depot Level Maintenance, Engineering, Supply, Procurement and Information Services.
+ Implement and maintain rigorous quality standards to ensure compliance with AS9110, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 as well as local and US Coast Guard requirements.
+ Drive process improvement initiatives and develop/execute strategies to optimize time, labor and material resources.
+ Conduct and manage regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement; implement and follow-through on corrective actions.
+ Collaborate with USCG Command/Leadership to identify opportunities for streamlining non-conforming processes.
+ Develop and conduct training programs on quality, safety and environmental compliance standards.

+ Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of process improvement experience that includes _ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001_ . Prefer a degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Engineering Management, Business or Strategic Management, or Information Systems Management.
+ In lieu of a degree, eight years of process improvement experience that includes ISO audit process.
+ Strong knowledge of one or both of these: _Lean or Six Sigma_ and certification in one of these is a plus.
+ ISO certification is a plus.
+ Experience coordinating and maintaining ISO audits, ISO corrective action system, and internal audit program.
+ US Citizenship is required for this position and the ability to obtain an EOD (Entry on Duty) from Dept of Homeland Security.
