Process engineering – Lean Six Sigma background, business process reengineering (don’t need to be certified, need to help document business processes, make sure these are identified)

Solid foundation in data warehouse concepts and enterprise architecture (Cloud data architecture experience - Azure or AWS will work – the more Azure experience the better)

Heavy SQL experience

Management experience

Integration experience (i.e. microservices, API integration or data integration for example)

PLUS: migration experience (migrating something to the cloud i.e. data, data center, applications etc.)

Description:

-Cloud Modernization, Mainframe Modernization, Data Strategy

-Data architecture and business processing skills. Somebody that can transform existing/manual legacy data processes. They should be able to view it from an engineering perspective and match it with the business process industry

-Data curation and presentation, understand mainframe processes to know what data is coming into frame, how it’s getting massaged, and then how is it going out the door via data extract or data presentation for insurance example.

-Data engineering skills(SQL, Oracle, Teradata, SAP, modern data engineering tools, SSIS, Informatica, SQL Server, Lean Six Sigma).

-Ideally someone who has experience working with the cloud, specifically Azure. Would like them to have an Azure certification or get a certification in the first 6 months.

-Specific Azure tools: Azure Data Factory, Eventing, Sign Ups(?), and Serverless
