Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

• Providing input and guidance for new operating procedures and work instructions governing product labeling activities for domestic and international markets (including country-specific labeling).
• Addressing unique product labeling requirements by applying expertise and experience, ensuring adherence to international regulatory requirements and following industry best practices.
• Improving labeling procedures by drafting documents, defining workflows, and aligning with stakeholders across multiple groups within the company.
• Contributing to product labeling projects, including label verification.
• Piloting newly defined processes to identify and fill gaps prior to implementation.
• Participating in training activities and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Scientific discipline, or another applicable field.
• 8+ years of experience within the medical device labeling field.
• Advanced computer experience using Windows, MS Office Suite, Agile (or other PLM system), and SAP (or other ERP system).
• Extensive knowledge of labeling of globally-distributed medical devices.
• Experience with industry standard labeling business systems.
• Experience with international shipping, customs, import/export standards and regulations preferred.
• High level of expertise in design control.
• Experience leveraging data-related data to identify and capitalize on opportunities preferred.
