Schedule
This position may be required to work a flexible work schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and evenings, for occasional on-call support, after-hours projects or upgrades, to ensure continuity of service.
General Definition of Work:
Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Business System Analyst performs professional and technical work in support of enterprise business applications including planning, design, analysis, implementation, configuration, integration, and management of various computer systems for departments and divisions within the City of Boca Raton.
Depending on area of assignment, this position may serve as subject matter experts and system owner for major and minor systems; working closely with internal clients, third party vendors, and members of the IT team to ensure continuity of service.
