THIS JOB IS PARTIAL ONSITE (20%) IN CLEVELAND, OH & SALEM, NH.
- ONSITE IS HEAVILY TIED TO SCOPING, GO-LIVE, UAT, & DATA VALIDATION.
- SOME WEEKS THERE MIGHT NOT BE TRAVEL.
- OTHER WEEKS IT COULD BE UP TO 1 WEEK AT A TIME.
- CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN THE STATE OF OH OR NH OR NEARBY STATES (EDT/EST BASED) WHERE TRAVEL ISN'T TOO DIFFICULT.

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Business Systems Analyst: gather / document reqs for IFS Cloud ERP implementation (Manufacturing or Supply Chain modules req)
The main purpose will be to support and develop business solutions within our ERP environment. The role, within our IT team, will help ensure IFS / business processes, workflows, configuration and changes are planned and properly implemented, supported, and documented. Core competencies will be the ability to manage change in service support, delivery and change. The role requires analyzing business requirements; conducting workshops ; documenting business requirements; managing small enhancement projects; carrying out ERP modifications to a high standard; testing of software; planning, developing, and installing of changes; ongoing training of business users and support.
Additionally, the role will work with third-party vendor to deliver solutions addressing business needs. Occasional out of hours work may be required.
Essential duties and/or Functions: (Essential Functions/basic job duties that must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation
- Maintain the implemented functionality of IFS Cloud ERP modules through end user support
- Contribute and/or lead overall business systems design for new functionality and services, including through participation in companys project processes, minor works or IT work stream
- Conduct investigations and provide resolutions to issues raised in the course of daily application and process usage.
- Creation of training materials, and provision of training to end users on the IFS system
- Create business requirements, functional and technical documentation adhering to Companys standards
- Interact with business to develop use case and test sceneries, conduct IT testing and support UAT testing
- Assist in query creation for reporting and data extraction(s)
- Design, develop, implement and support business processes and solutions using IFS and other technologies that will enable the business to function at high-quality, consistent standards; Help the business to get maximum value out of IFS
- Facilitate the release of major upgrades, other enhancements, and maintenance releases. Ensure that all are delivered effectively, strategically optimizing the cadence and use of the environment landscape
- Design and deliver change (major and minor) and ensure it is introduced effectively, with the right emphasis on business process change and IT service transition
- Manage user access and security of IFS Cloud
- Support year end and auditing activities
- Acts as a Project Lead for non-support related work
