We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems / Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing our technical operations, ensuring system reliability and efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams in the implementation of technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
System Monitoring: Monitor technical systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with IT and engineering teams as necessary.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems,processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on operational metrics and performance to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project implementations and operational initiatives.
Training: Assist in training staff on new tools, technologies, and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a technical operations role or similar position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, or similar).
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, or similar) are a plus.
