This is a fantastic full time-opportunity based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
This position requires the ability to work from SCP Colorado Springs Hotel and travel locally to perform work duties. (Remote + Working from Hotel / Tours / Site Visits)
$100 a month cell phone stipend.
Competitive Base Salary of $68k per year with a competitive bonus structure.

Your New Opportunity:
The Business Travel Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting new accounts as well as maintaining and growing an established book of business at SCP Colorado Springs Hotel. This individual will be responsible for exceeding those quarterly sales goals.
The Business Travel Sales Manager shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for exemplifying the SCP’s Culture & Core Values.
What You Will Master:
Works with other sales leaders, Central and property teams to promote understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segments.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of market segments by analyzing historical data, trends, comp set intelligence, shops
Proactively solicits and books business in assigned market segments (segmentation is always subject to change at the discretion of the Central Sales Leaders)
Plans and participates in sales trips and industry related events
Participates in departmental sales meetings and relevant operational meetings
Analyze and evaluate effective market trends to identify new business opportunities and re-direct business from competitors
Develops and manage relationships with key clients
This role is expected to report to the hotel daily and has a strong out-bound prospecting objective
Flexibility to travel
Business Travel Sales Manager has the opportunity to participate in a Special Sales Incentive
Other duties as assigned.
The Essentials:
Previous experience in business travel sales (2 years)
Live within driving distance of our Colorado Springs Hotel (hybrid role)
Self-Starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solver who can come up with creative solutions that take soul, community, and the planet into account with every decision.
Strong Prospecting Skill Set
Tech-savvy. Variety experience with PMS/Lanyon (CVent)/ Manage RFP Season/ Agency360
