Summary
Responsible for strategic and tactical execution of materials purchases to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw and indirect materials while monitoring Quality, Cost, and Service metrics. This includes regional and site level supplier relationship management, purchase order generation and delivery, receiving/warehousing and accounting follow-up, and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Drives primary/secondary regional and site level packaging and ingredient forecasting efforts.
- Responsible for regional and site level raw and indirect material purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up.
- Fosters healthy regional and site level strategic supplier relationships.
- Manages regional and site level raw and indirect material inventories.
- Invest in and is an example of Milo’s Responsibility commitment which includes environmental, social, and corporate governance components.
- The position has Food Safety Responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is required for this role. A college degree is desired, but not required.
- Food and/or beverage experience is desired, but not required.
