CAD Design Lead (Hybrid) - ADECCO

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturing client to recruit and hire a CAD Design Team Lead in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and train CAD Team, including designers and drafters.  

• Manage the documentation and design process for new products, ensuring designs are accurate and compliant

• Create detailed assembly and component drawings using 3D CAD software

• Perform validation and quality assurance functions to ensure final product meets design specifications and functions correctly.

• Carry out Engineering Change Requests and maintain accurate PLM system data.

• Support other departments and assist with new product design and prototype development.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).

• 3+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD (SolidWorks), SAP, ERP, and MRP systems.

• Strong technical and mathematical skills.

• Annual Base Salary in the $90k range plus bonuses.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
