Position : PLM Integration Engineer
Location : West Chester, PA (Remote)
Skills:
- Software Administration: 3-5 years of experience in administering SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and PTC Windchill PLM or related software administration.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in software packaging and deployment, scripting (e.g., AutoIT, PowerShell), and system integration.
- Problem-Solving: Str ong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Documentation: Strong technical writing skills for creating detailed documentation and reports.
- High Performing Teams (HPT): Experience working in or leading high-performing teams.
- IT Service Management: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
- Agile/DevOps Practices: Experience with SAFe, Agile, Kanban, or DevSecOps methodologies.
