Job Summary To support our growth we're looking for an Executive Chef. This is an amazing role responsible for the culinary quality, innovation and experience of our operation & the exciting things we have to offer! You'll have an amazing team who you will motivate, train, develop and direct to deliver delicious & nutritious food! You'll lead by example and drive your team to deliver exceptional service & new projects. The role will be based in Seattle, WA. The great things you'll do: + Design, manage and own the overall experience & not just the amazing things we offer + You'll set an expectation of hospitality that is friendly and that truly engages our guests + You will upskill, train and develop your team to the highest standards + Follow all menu and production/preparation expectations and prepare well balanced meals to fuel users through the day + Be creative and mindful when preparing our event & catering menus + You'll create a culture of Food and Workplace Safety & ensure that all café operations meet fantastic standards + You will contribute to the successful opening of all new Cafés and make sure that we meet the expected timeframes What we look for in the perfect candidate: + Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience + Strong passion for great food and hospitality + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal + Maintain a positive attitude under pressure and motivate team + Working knowledge of GSuite platform including Sheets, Slides, Docs & Gmail + Ability to follow all Health & Safety standards Apply to Restaurant Associates today!
