Position Schedule:
- full-time, days
- no scheduled weekends or holidays but participates in on-call responsibilities
Dove Healthcare - Orchard Hills Assisted Living, a 40-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), has an opening for a full-time director. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising staff.
In addition, as the director, you will:
- tour perspective families and/or residents and respond to any family and/or resident concerns
- conduct pre-admission assessments and coordinate admission paperwork
- round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
Required Skills:
- established ability to manage people and processes
- knowledge of State and Federal regulations
- effective problem solving and communication skills and a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- excellent customer service and communication skills
Required Qualifications:
- applicants must meet one of the following
- current WI nursing home administrator license;
- associates degree in healthcare field;
- bachelors degree in non-healthcare field with at least 1 year of experience in healthcare OR successful completion of WI assisted living administrators course; or
- 2 years of previous direct care experience and successful completion of the WI assisted living administrators course
