CDL Driver Class B Minimum - Seasonal Winter Road Maintenance Drivers Needed - Wexford Area - Township of Pine

The Township of Pine is actively recruiting for Seasonal-Part & Full Time Winter Maintenance Drivers to perform winter road maintenance in the Township of Pine from 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM beginning November 1, 2024, and ending April 1, 2025.

Retention Bonus: $1500.00 (paid monthly & incrementally)

Hourly Rate: $32.00

Hours: Seasonal Part Time & Seasonal Full Time Opportunities

No Benefits; Up To 16 Weeks Assignment

Essential Duties and Requirements:

• This position is an "as needed/weather determined" basis
  
• Must be available to work 4:00 PM - 12:00 PM -- 7 days/week
• Reports directly to the Director of Public Works
• Must hold a valid Pennsylvania Class C or higher CDL.
• Ability to operate a 20,000 GVW vehicle equipped with a plow and salt spreader or other maintenance equipment used for snow and ice removal.
  
• Subject to FMCSA pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing requirements
• Applicant must provide authorization for the employer to obtain a 10-year Pennsylvania Driving Record
• Must be available from November 1st to March 31st for all emergency call-outs
