CDL Driver - Phoenix Workforce Solutions, LLC

GMRP is currently recruiting for a CDL Driver in the McDonough area. Schedule will vary based on the needs of each hospital. Qualified candidates will have open availability and a Valid Commercial Driver's License.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

1. Operating semi tractor-trailer truck safely and courteously.
2. Driving and delivering product to all supply locations in the Partners Cooperative, Inc. network of hospitals.
3. Ensuring that medical supplies are accurately and efficiently delivered to requested locations within a hospital location.
4. Serving as a point of contact/customer service professional for hospitals receiving personnel, either solving or delivering input/customer concerns back to DCI Warehouse Manager and other pertinent personnel.
5. Performing other activities which are inclusive, but not limited to responsibilities with receiving warehousing, distribution, and the supply replenishment process.
6. Assisting in administrating and performing cycle counts.
7. Directing picks, drives, and delivers Code Reds.
8. Resolving and expediting receipt discrepancies and unacceptable commodities.
9. Inputing disbursements into Distribution Software System.
10. Providing customer service and proofs and tracking daily inventory discrepancies.
11. Participating in continuous quality improvement activities and teams.
12. Participating in supporting the organizations vision, mission and values and adheres to DCIs Standards of Behavior.
13. Performing other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of DCI.

Required Experience:

Minimum High School Diploma required.

Two years in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred.

Inventory skills in an automated warehousing, receiving and inventory environment is a must.

Two years of delivery truck operation, including driving and offloading pallets Other: Must have basic personal computer skills.

Valid GA Drivers License and a Clean 3 Year Motor Vehicle Report.

Valid Commercial Drivers License is required.
