Job Description

KSI Auto Parts is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Transfer Driver to join our team. The

successful candidate will be responsible for delivering auto parts to warehouse and shipping centers in

a timely, efficient, and safe manner. They will also assist in properly sorting, staging pallets, loading and

unloading the truck to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the parts.

Responsibilities:

 Safely operate a Tractor Trailer to transport auto parts to warehouse and shipping centers.

 Assist in properly loading/unloading truck.

 Assist in properly sorting parts.

 Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.

 Verify that the load is properly secured and balanced before transportation.

 Assist in the loading and unloading of the truck.

 Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

 Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or concerns to

the supervisor.

 Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues

that may arise.

 Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.

 Maintain a clean and organized truck.

Qualifications

 Must be at least 21 years old with a valid class A driver's license.

 Prior experience driving a Tractor Trailer or similar commercial vehicle.

 Possess a valid medical DOT card.

 Able to reach, bend, lift, pull and push up to 50lbs

 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery schedules and routes.

 Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with the dispatch team.

 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

 Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.

 Familiarity with auto parts and repair industry is a plus.

 Ability to work from 7pm to 5am when needed

Shift & Hours:

Sunday – Thursdsay 7:00PM start time (8-10 hour shifts)

Route:

Driver will be transferring product from Atlanta, GA to SC and NC

Compensation: $30-31 / hour, based on experience
