Job Summary: Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.

Job Type: Full time / Part time

Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Performance appraisal once a year

Responsibilities:

Responsible during the shift for the care of residents in the assigned unit.

• Assumes responsibility for compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
• Explains treatments and care plan to resident.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident’s units, central bathing area, treatment and supply rooms, workrooms, and linen closets.
• Understands and adheres to the guidelines of “Residents Rights”.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Educations:

Current SRNA license in Kentucky

A minimum of 1-year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Good standing in the state registry is required.
