Position Overview:

Crossroads Care Center of Pewaukee is currently looking to add dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) professionals to our team who possess a compassionate attitude, with a dependable and strong work ethic. (NEW CNA’S ENCOURAGED TO APPLY). Working under the direct supervision of a nurse, our highly dedicated CNA’s provide direct care to residents in our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. As a Crossroads Care Center CNA, you will be joining a vital role in our residents’ lives by ensuring the highest quality of care is received ensuring the best possible healing, and health is achieved.

Shift times are

06:15 AM to 2:15 PM

2:15 PM to 10:15 pm

Qualifications:

• Must have a CNA certification within good standing with the state of Wisconsin

• Attention to detail

• Demonstrate cooperative team approach throughout the company and their work

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills

Job Duties:

• Assist residents with daily activities; bathing, dressing, eating, etc

• Monitor health- report health concerns to the nurse of duty

• Assessing and assisting with patient needs

• Answer call lights within timely manner

• Documenting cares provided in timely manner

• Provide companionship

• Ambulating and transferring residents per care plan

• Other job duties as assigned
