We are looking for a GO-GETTER and SELF-MOTIVATED Clinical Marketing Liaison who is can bring their senior healthcare experience to The Paramount!! Candidate would continue to build ties to the community, enhance relationships with hospitals, senior living facilities, local senior centers, home care agencies, and physician’s offices. This field-based position requires a proactive, polished, upbeat and innovative personality who can think outside the box with a strong desire to achieve results in a highly competitive market.
Clinical Marketing Liaison Qualifications and Responsiblities:
- Familiarity with the admissions process at a sub-acute rehabilitation facility or sales background in a healthcare capacity
- Experience with the understanding of insurances and sub-acute guidelines
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, nurses, physicians and other members of the healthcare professional community
- Assist and attend special events that serve community relations - some evenings and weekend required
- NYC hospital visits required
- Attend networking events as assigned
- Demonstration of stellar communication (written and verbal), negotiation, event planning and public relations skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Work with Admission team to develop marketing outreach plans to promote new patients and new projects
- Prepare Daily End of Day Report
- Provide inhouse facility coverage on occasion as needed
- Excellent organizational, time managment and critical thinking skills
- Polished and professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize referrals, phone calls, emails, and marketing tasks
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing is a huge plus!
- Proficient in technology including Microsoft programs
- Medical Terminology
- Weekend remote on-call rotation coverage required
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transporation (mileage reimbursement)
- Adhere to all facility policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
