CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT - CNA- HOME CARE

• A Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - is trained and licensed who provides skilled care to the client in the home.
• The duties of the Home CareCertified Nursing Assistant - CNA - are planned and assigned by the nurse or therapist to meet the client's situation. The Certified Nursing Assistant is not a substitute for the nurse or therapist but, under nursing or therapist supervision, may carry out certain personal care and skilled services in carefully selected situations.
• The Home Care - CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant may also provide services to meet the client's therapy regimes, physical requirements, and functional needs.

The Home Care - CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mustbe able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and be in good standing in accordance with the laws of the Colorado State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 18 years of age andat least 1 year of CNA - Certified Nursing Assistantexperience.
