Collar City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, conveniently located in the beautiful upstate New York Capital Region. The facility provides inpatient skilled nursing and rehabilitation and wound care therapy.

Collar City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has an excellent opportunity for Certified Nursing Assistants. We need dedicated individuals looking to make a difference! This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to further their career in our beautiful facility. The CNA will assist the professional and licensed nurses to carry out the nursing plan and provide quality care to the residents.

The ideal candidate must possess:

· Current NY State Certification

· Verified active status in the NYSNA Registry with no findings or convictions of resident abuse, mistreatment, neglect, or misappropriation of property

· Maintain CNA education requirements

· Must be able to work as a team member

· Flexible hours offered

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

· Observing residents and reporting any health issues

· Helping residents with hygiene, including bed, bath, shaving, etc.

· Setting up meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake

· Feeding residents & serving nutritional supplements

· Complete patient care documentation

· Transporting residents within the facility

· Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data
