**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medication Aide for a fast-track hire to provide home care services to clients. **Qualifications:**
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medication Aide

- Physical capability to help clients with mobility and personal care tasks

**Responsibilities: **
- Deliver personalized care services to clients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transfers as required
- Prepare and serve well-balanced meals in accordance with dietary restrictions
- Administer medication as per prescription and provide medication management support
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Record accurate and detailed care notes and promptly report any changes in clients' conditions to the supervising healthcare professional

**Additional Requirements: **
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in home care or similar settings would be advantageous
