CNC Field Service Engineer - Revel Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-sales technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades of CNC machinery and peripherals.
  
• Coordinate and execute activities related to installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
  
• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  
• Perform equipment diagnostics, analyze issues, and complete necessary repairs or recommend upgrades.
  
• Collaborate with equipment operators and management to detect and resolve equipment problems.
  
• Advise management and factory engineers on equipment defects, customer feedback, and product performance improvements.
  
• Work independently or as part of a team to prioritize and manage service activities.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology).
  
• 2-5 years of experience in a machine tool company.
  
• Proficiency with Fanuc machines and CNC systems.
  
• Understanding of PLC systems and ability to read PLC diagrams.
  
• Experience with forklift and manual lifting equipment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  
• Ability to travel 30%-50% for on-site work.
