CNC Machinist/Programmer

A precision machining company is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to operate and maintain CNC machines, create and edit CNC programs, and ensure the production of high-quality parts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines and equipment
• Create and edit CNC programs using CAM software
• Ensure the production of high-quality parts by inspecting and measuring finished products
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to optimize performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience operating and programming CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials
• Experience with CAM software
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime as required
