CNC Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to the provided specifications. As a CNC machine operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations according to job orders.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy and meet production targets.
• Perform routine maintenance tests on CNC machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments to resolve problems and minimize downtime.
• Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role in manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Effective problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
