Monday through Friday 11 00 PM to 7 00 AM TRAINING ON FIRST SHIFT REQUIRED

CNC Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Machine Operation & Setup: Operate, set up, and calibrate CNC machines to ensure accurate and precise cuts according to engineering specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to verify they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments to maintain high precision.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues with CNC equipment, performing routine maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
• Material Handling: Manage the loading, alignment, and secure positioning of materials on the CNC cutting machine to ensure accurate and efficient production.

CNC Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• Prior experience operating CNC machines or similar CNC machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications; ability to program and set up CNC machines.
• Strong focus on precision and quality, with the ability to perform accurate measurements and inspections of finished parts.
• Skills in identifying and resolving issues with CNC equipment, including performing routine maintenance and adjustments.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or a related field is often preferred.
• Prior experience operating CNC machines or similar CNC machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
