Qualifications
Five (5) plus years experience Press Brake operations to set up and program
Proficient understanding, use and interpretation of blue prints
Excellent organization skills

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
Computer literate Responsibilities
Operation of Amada Press Brake preparing complex bend set up and forming sheet metal operations from custom punch / die modification with other tooling
Read and interpret complex blue prints and geometric tolerances relating them to finished product
Set-up, run and operate Amada Press Brake for sheet metal operations
Use of custom punch / die modification used in combination with other tooling for sheet metal operations
Complex programming using all features of the press brake, i.e., bending at angles, step bends, proper back gauge transfer between steps, delays, etc
Sheeting metal forming using press brakes and rolls
Full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to finished product
Understanding of flat pattern layout
Ability to train junior operators
Work in and efficient and timely manner
Housekeeping with area of responsibility
Work with material handler to ensure material for job is available based on schedule and location
Other duties as assigned by manager
