CNC Router Operator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a CNC Operator in our door shop. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to finish doors, staging them on pallets, and operating a forklift. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical inclinations or experience with hand and power tools to grow and advance in their careers.
Responsibilities
+ Analyze and resolve work problems.
+ Work with a team to create and build products.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
+ Enact company policies and abide by safety regulations.
+ Review all finished goods to ensure accuracy and quality of construction.
Essential Skills
+ High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
+ Ability to regularly lift/move/manipulate up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift/move/manipulate up to 100 pounds.
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
+ Ability to perform all job functions safely.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately and consistently to 1/16”.
+ Ability to read and interpret verbal instructions, diagrams, and documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
+ 1 year of experience with hand and power tools (Preferred).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Military experience preferred.
+ Consistent work history.
+ Prior CNC operation experience is required; experience with Full House 484 is highly preferred .
+ Ability to use hand tools like hammers, sanding blocks, and mallets.
+ Ability to use power tools like drills and impact hammers.
+ Ability to use pneumatic staplers and other pneumatic tools.

Work Environment
