A leading OEM and distributor of large CNC equipment and tooling is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a small in Connecticut. Ideal candidates will have prior experience managing sales teams within the CNC industry, including equipment, tooling, fixtures, or machined parts. This role requires a hands-on coach and mentor who is comfortable spending time in the field with their team. The company offers excellent benefits, growth potential, and boasts low employee turnover.  Expect some regional travel with occasional overnights.
