Job description
Experienced CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder will manufacture customer cutting tools in an autonomous environment

• Write new and or modify customer programs for cutting tools and end mills
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously when possible (ANCA (FastGrind and MX7), TruTech Revolution, Rush Wheel Dresser, Rush Easy-Cut)
• Maintain all equipment and coordinate third-party support when required
• Maintain inventory of grinding wheels all other machinery and equipment requirements
• Design and schedule jobs to maintain appropriate inventory levels and customer service levels

Schedule:

• 6am -3pm hour shift
• Monday to Friday, Occasional Saturday shift (4 hours)
• Overtime

Experience:

• CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding: 5 years (minimum)
