CORPORATE ACCOUNTING MANAGER ($120-150K) - Recruiter Hustle

Comp: $120K-150K + bonus

Fully onsite in Office near LAX (El Segundo, CA)

Reports to: VP of Finance, Accounting

Managerial Responsibility: This position supervises two accountants

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of managing accounting staff
• 5+ years of accounting month-end close experience
• Strong financial reporting out of the ERP for monthly package and business colleagues in other depts.
• Overseeing payroll administration support and recording using data from the outside provider.
• Supervising the year-end audit
• Partner with Operations, R&D, Engineering, and IT departments to build out out fixed asset accounting tracking, asset tagging system and procedures.
• Abiilty to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Fully onsite position

• 5-15 years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• Netsuite ERP system preferred
• Consolidations and currency translation adjustments (CTA)
• Strong understanding and knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
