As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic CRM Administrator or Revenue Operations Specialist to join their team and help build the infrastructure that supports their growth.
Role Overview
Our client is looking for a CRM Administrator or Revenue Operations Specialist with a passion for building and scaling CRM systems in high-growth tech startups. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the operations as the company continues to grow. This high-impact position will involve working directly with systems architecture, sales operations, marketing operations, and revenue operations teams to integrate and optimize CRM and enterprise platforms.
As they scale from seed to Series A, you will have the opportunity to grow from an individual contributor into a potential department leader, working under the guidance of seasoned professionals with over 10 years of industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management and Integration: Administer and optimize the company’s CRM system, focusing on Salesforce, to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise platforms.
- Data Handling and Scaling: Utilize your experience in ETL/rETL processes and SQL to manage and manipulate data flows, supporting growth efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to align CRM systems with business objectives and ensure efficient operations.
- Operational Scaling: Play a key role in the company’s journey from seed to Series A by building and scaling operational systems that support a fast-growing customer base.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support growth.
- System Architecture: Act as the go-to expert for connecting systems, managing integrations, and ensuring a seamless flow of data across the organization.
- Communication: Foster collaboration across teams by providing clear written and verbal communication to ensure alignment on operational goals.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- 2-6 years of experience in CRM administration, Salesforce administration, or Sales Ops/Marketing Ops/RevOps roles, preferably in a high-growth tech startup.
- Proficiency in ETL/rETL processes and SQL.
- Salesforce certification (SFDC).
- Experience in scaling operations from seed to Series A.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience integrating them with other enterprise platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A proactive, high-energy individual passionate about fintech and committed to working hard toward a shared vision.
- High IQ and EQ, with a strong desire to develop into a department leader under the mentorship of seasoned professionals.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Previous experience in fintech or financial services.
