Compensation Range: $26.00-$29.00 per Hour

This position will be responsible for coordinating and executing the email marketing strategy as well as maintain brand engagement and customer loyalty.

- Direct Supervisor: Sandro Director of Ecommerce
- Executive Head: Vice President, Digital & Customer Experience
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Execute the North America email marketing calendar for promotional & editorial email content as well as support regional retail outreach moments.
- Work with agency on trigger email strategies (welcome email series, birthday & loyalty triggers, etc.)
- Upload, set up, and test email campaigns to ensure an error-free and optimal user experience.
- Schedule email campaigns to send to our E-Commerce and Retail database via targeted journeys, adapted to various demographics.
- Collaborate with E-Commerce team to ensure a seamless user experience; align on website experience.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly email performance updates; make recommendations and adjustments as needed.
- Develop a consistent email AB testing strategy to drive incremental revenue and improve email performance.
- Support the Director of Ecommerce, Email & CRM with weekly email creative briefs and copy in collaboration with our Marketing team.
- Support the launch of a new clienteling program in collaboration with the retail team.
- Assist retail in pulling client lists for major events and promotions.
- Support loyalty and brand communication initiatives as needed.
- Support management in analyzing weekly and monthly NPS scores & customer satisfaction surveys.
- Implement loyalty gifting program to drive customer retention & build loyalty.
- Complete the customer journey with aftercare, working with our external customer service agency on continued excellence.
Principal Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required
- Required Skills/Knowledge:
- 1-2 years' experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Photoshop
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner; prioritize and meet deadlines, concurrently
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working independently, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software & digital marketing tools
- Strong knowledge of email marketing deliverability best practice
- Fluent in French is helpful but not required
- Fast learner with a desire to work within E-Commerce in the retail industry.
