About the Job
Firestone Building Products is looking for a CRM Product Manager to join the Sales & Marketing Team in Nashville, Tennessee.
- Leads CRM process and capability delivery and engage key Sales, Marketing/Digital, and Customer Support stakeholders
- Defines annual global digital capability roadmap to align with enterprise digital vision and formulates business justification
- Establishes prioritization framework to ensure development focuses on most needed features for use domestically and globally
- Develops a Salesforce governance framework to ensure solutions are effective and secure
- Instills and evolves use of Agile methodology for consistent product delivery including overseeing user story development and sprint planning
- Maximizes digital cost efficiencies by continually assessing applicability of new development tools, processes, and SaaS solutions and integrating industry best-practices
- Manages vendor relationships with multiple external development teams, software providers, and agencies
- Partners with FSBP IT and Procurement to provide business input/support to future state digital & data enterprise architecture
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years' experience in digital product management
- At least 5 years' experience delivering CRM solutions specifically Salesforce
- Experience with B2B and building products industry a plus
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker
- Strong technical and effective problem-solving skills
- Strong Analytical skills with an ability to use data in decision-making
