Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a qualified CRNA for a full-time opportunity to join our excellent team at Memorial Same Day Surgery Center-West!

Highlights of this opportunity include:

• Team comprised of 4 physicians and 4 APP’s
• Anesthesia Care Team model
• Currently 4 OR’s with 2 additional OR’s opening soon
• Cases mix includes GI, plastics, cataracts, ENT, ortho
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Optional call!
