FT/ongoing. Schedule is flexible - open to 8's or 10's. Possible call 1 weekend/month.

Case Mix: Urology, general surgery, orthopedics, kidney transplants, OB with a dedicated night team

Support Staff/Supervision: CRNA's are medically supervised

# of OR's: TBD

EMR System: EPIC

Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days.

Hourly: $215-$225

Hourly OT/Hourly Call Back: $225-$235 (after 40 hours)

Nightly Call: $400

24-hour weekend call: $1,000

Call Back Hourly: $225-$235

CRNA, SC license, ACLS, BLS required
