CRNA Position in Winchester, Virginia

A large and reputable anesthesia group is currently seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their team in the Winchester, Virginia area. This private practice group consists of over 30 Anesthesiologists and a group of 20 CRNAs, providing coverage across multiple facilities in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including neurology, urology, general surgery, plastics, vascular, ENT, podiatry, and orthopedics.
• Perform pre-operative evaluations and assessments to ensure patient safety and optimal anesthesia delivery.
• Collaborate with the anesthesia team to develop and implement appropriate anesthetic plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Key Details:

• The offered cases primarily consist of bread-and-butter procedures, without trauma, heart, or OB cases.
• Flexible work schedule options are available, including 4/10-hour shifts or 3/12-hour shifts. No call.
  
• Base Salary is tiered and based on experience: 0-2 yrs: $225,000, 2-5 yrs: $240,000, 5+ yrs: $256,000. Plenty of OT offered.
  
• Excellent benefits package, including malpractice insurance, long and short-term disability coverage, health insurance, and a 401K plan with profit sharing (eligibility after 1 year).
• Enjoy a generous vacation allowance of 6 weeks and 6 sick days.
• A $50,000 sign-on bonus is provided to successful candidates.
