About the Job
Our client in the public housing industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. As a CSR, you will be part of the customer support team supporting the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer relations skills, the ability to self-manage and prioritize, and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Support - Public Housing
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Range: $19.65 per hour
What's the Job?
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller/visitor.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
What's Needed?
- Experience working in a customer support environment.
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain an applicable California Driver License.
- Position may require prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, lifting, bending, squatting, and stooping in the performance of daily office activities.
- Multi-tasking is key to success.
