Job Summary



Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.





Essential Duties and Responsibilities:






+ Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.


+ Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.


+ Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.


+ MyStaff Entry and Audit of Team Member Schedules, Sign-In Sheets, and Time Cards


+ Assist with Daily Check-In Operations


+ Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.


+ Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.


+ Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.


+ Position may require bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs.


+ Position may include travel to other Levy locations for support.


+ Performs other duties as assigned.






Required Qualifications:



+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems including: Excel, Word, and Outlook






Preferred Qualifications:



+ MyStaff


+ Bilingual in English and Spanish
