CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Spherion

Now hiring Costumer Service Representative. Spherion of Massachusetts currently has Costumer Service Representative opportunities available to support our local, industry leading customer. Our Costumer Service Representative will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Costumer Service Representative will support our customers in handling data entry for order processing, managing high volumes of customer communications, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform data entry for order processing with a high degree of accuracy.
Manage a high volume of emails, providing timely responses to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers about orders, pricing, inventory, and other requests.
Coordinate with transportation carriers to ensure timely scheduling for customer shipments.
Maintain and update inventory control records to facilitate order processing.
Collaborate with various departments and all levels of management:
Warehouse personnel for order substitutions and revisions.
Sales team regarding orders, pricing, inventory levels, and customer complaints.
Work with outside carriers to confirm load availability for customer pickups.
Maintain and manage the customer database for advanced shipping notices and routing requests.
Multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
