Description We are in search of an Accounting Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Handle the processing and analysis of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Maintain and update customer credit records regularly. - Collaborate with various departments on accounting-related matters. - Take the initiative to seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. - Conduct research and resolve complex transaction issues, reconciliations, and system discrepancies. - Provide superior customer service, responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. - Ensure the protection of member data, demonstrating strong attention to detail when dealing with Personal Protected Information. - Exhibit a commitment to excellence, initiative, innovation, adaptability, and teamwork. - Work with massive amounts of Protected Personal Information, requiring precise data entry skills and strong attention to detail. - Use your knowledge of applicable Finance policies to guide your work and decision-making. Requirements - Possession of strong customer service skills - Proficiency in data entry - Experience in operations and planning - Understanding of policy and finance - Demonstrated leadership skills - Expertise in performing reconciliations and billing - Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks - Experience in claim administration and writing financial notes - Skills to handle discrepancies - Ability to work with partners and in a team environment - Experience in process improvement - Proficient in research analysis - Familiarity with HealthCare.gov - Experience in variance analysis - Willingness to work onsite - Skills in blogging and handling financial transactions - Innovative mindset - Ability to provide superior customer service - Experience in creating exhibits.
