Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a CW Scrum Master

Job Summary:
The Program and Project Management job organizes, plans and controls resources and processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
Under limited supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage small to moderate sized projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
Drafts the estimates of costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
Provides updates to management regarding the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
Resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
Works with outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Requirements: Educational Requirements: University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience: 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
Physical Requirements: Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
Jira or Jira Align experience preferred
