Customer Service / Call Center Rep, direct hire, $20/hr.
Hours: Monday - Friday 11:30AM-8PM & rotating Saturdays 8AM-4PM
Training hours are Monday - Friday 8AM-4PM

We're looking for someone with a pleasant phone voice, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Your main responsibilities will include managing a heavy volume of calls, processing sales leads, and providing top-notch customer service. Must have the ability to adapt/respond to different types of callers and handle each call with professionalism and a positive attitude. We value accuracy and efficiency in recording customer information and strive to achieve customer satisfaction by identifying their needs and building trusting relationships.
