Call Center LPN at Adecco USA

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Call Center LPNs! This role is remote / work from home. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type:                     Five-month contract, opportunity for extension or full-time offer

Schedule:             Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm EST
Pay:                       $27.50 to $28.29 an hour

Responsibilities of the LPN
Outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for home visits and telehealth visits.
Calls to patients to initiate chart prep to assist the provider with upcoming appointments.
Entering patient data is added into EMR.
Conducting assessments with patients over the phone.

Qualifications of the LPN
•         Active and good standing LPN license in state of residence
•         Knowledgeable and proficient with MS Office

•         Past experience with eCW is a plus
