Job Summary: The call center/customer service specialist interacts with customers to address inquiries about products and services, resolve complaints, and offer solutions. Specialists may handle inbound or outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve service or billing complaints through exchanges, refunds, and bill adjustments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on claims.
- Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in documenting customer information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience required.
