T WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and service-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, alternatives, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders, cancellations, and returns via phone or email.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting product issues or usage questions.
- Provide detailed information about company products, services, and promotions.
- Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system accurately.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (response time, call volume, customer satisfaction).
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and phone systems is a plus.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
