As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will be trained to help customers with their Medicare questions or needs by providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. Required Skills
- Active Listening Skills, able to give full attention to what clients are saying, taking the time to understand the points being made, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Ability to multitask
- Good computer and keyboarding skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- Previous Call Center or Sales experience a plus (not required)
- Pleasant phone voice
- Must speak and write English fluently
Benefits
- 1st Year Income $75,000-$100,000 (estimated)
- Bonus and Commissions with renewals starting after 13 months.

- Must be able to pass the State Test for Insurance License. Our company will pay for testing, practice tests, and continued license renewals while you work with us. On-going training throughout the year keeping you compliant and up to date with our carriers and state rules.
