Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting in all quarantine processes in the Processing and Harvesting departments. This position requires keeping inventory locked up, secure, and organized. This role is responsible for the accuracy of inventory and investigating any discrepancies. This role also assists with processing marijuana products including flowers, and joints to be sent to retailers for sale. Processing duties include trimming, packaging, dimpling joints, and label packaging. Supports and adheres to the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
The pay for this role is $20.00/hour. **PLEASE NOTE** This position will require you to be forklift certified. We will pay for the certification if you are not already certified. There is a level of manual labor to this role.
Job Duties/Responsibilities

- Tracks and moves processing material inventory as necessary or assigned
- Records completed lots of trim and bong buddies into online tracking sheet, catalogues and stores completed product in designated totes/areas.
- Works in Cultivera creating sub batches, manifests, and printing labels.
- Creates flower and other material lots and moves all cured flower/stems from dry rooms to quarantines.
- Responsible for preparing flower for laboratory samples as well as R&D employee samples every week.
- Responsible for intaking deliveries of product and ensuring that the product is satisfactory, and weights are accurate. Expected communication with outside vendors is professional and must keep a clean appearance. Secures payment from Office Manager and pays for delivery.
- Assists with weekly inventory of all products to collect data for sales projections as necessary or assigned
- Assists Inventory Manager in keeping quarantine organized and pulling product needed by processing
- Assists in maintaining online inventory tracking sheets to reflect current inventory and item locations of all products on hand.
- Processes incoming returns and turns in return invoices to Sales Admin for payment
- Assists in preparing items to be sent out for further processing as necessary or assigned
- Work in quarantine following the direction of Inventory Manager
- Keeps all quarantine areas clean and organized
- Trims dry marijuana to prepare for packing as needed.
- Dimples, packages and seals joints to be sent to be labeled as needed
- Receives work assignments direct or indirect; verbal and/or email.
- Multi-tasks and interacts with other co-workers regularly in an ever-changing environment as the company continues to grow; maintains flexibility.
- Assists with Research & Development projects as assigned.
- Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
- Must be 21 years old or older
Education/Experience: to perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
- a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
- Previous experience working
- Trimming/plant experience helpful but not required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The position also requires specialized training and the ability to work mostly independently, with a sense of urgency while maintaining a primary concern of accuracy.
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
- Regularly sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, pull/push, carry up to 10 pounds, and grasp.
- Frequently walk, reach, and taste, or smell.
- Frequently climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, carry up to 25 pounds, talk, or hear.
- Clearly see 20 feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness)
