Job Summary
The Inventory Manager is responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to day-to-day inventory operations, intake, returns and support on behalf of the retail, wholesale and on occasion the cultivation operations. They ensure daily inventory counts, product intake, product returns and oversee inventory associates in packing orders. They also ensure products are received within Massachusetts Track and Trace system (METRC) and POS system properly and accurately and have appropriate scannable labels before being transferred to the inventory area and sales floor. Further the Inventory manager is responsible for operations and management of the Wholesale Program. This includes in bound and outbound transfers of the Company’s branded products maintained in a separate Vault, facilitated by the BAMBOO trace system. Here the Manager, not has management of the inventory but also ensure daily/weekly figures are accurate for Customer campaigns and also manages and arranges the packing and shipment/delivery of goods to accounts through the 3rd party transport company.
This position pays $21-23/hr DOE and is a full time position.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the

● Product organization and tracking.
● Packing online, curbside & in-store orders.
● Responsible for barcoding all new inventory and ensuring it scans in the Point-of-Sale system
● Help with daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory evaluation and verification procedures
● Provide timely notice to General Manager if discrepancies are found, so that they may be fully
investigated
● Work with Inventory Lead to maintain an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable
inventory.
● Implementation of cannabis waste procedures, scheduling and completion.
● Create a calendar of all upcoming expired products
● Maintain a list of all quarantined product
● Operates in adherence to the Cannabis Control Commision
● Other Duties as necessary or assigned.
● Establishes proficiency in the BAMABOO platform used to service wholesale account customers
● Works with the Company Head of Agriculture to ensure METRC compliance at the Cultivation
Facility from time to time as needed.
Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below.
● Must be 21 years of age or over
● Inventory experience in a retail environment
● Strong math skills
● Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
● METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience (preferred)
● Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
● Must be able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends
Skills and Attitude: this position requires the ability to:
● Adjust to new environments
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Product knowledge
● Possess strong communication skills, both verbal & written
● Performs all job functions with high attention to detail, speed and accuracy
● Works both independently and cohesively as a team member with co-workers
Education:
● 3 years of relevant experience and/or training (Preferred)
● Equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Responsible Vendor Training (RVT) and Metrc certification preferred.
● Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
Physical Requirements:
● Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours at a time.
● Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours at a time
● Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds safely and properly.
● Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for
customer service, inventory restock, and store merchandising.
● Ability to carry boxes, products, and other necessary store related items.
● Ability to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, maintain all areas of business including back stockroom, employee lunchroom, restrooms.
